If using a touch screen computer, is it possible to test touch functions without using Unity Remote

I have been trying to use the unity remote, but it is not working for me for some reason and I haven't been able to figure it out yet. So I just got a surface pro 3 which has a touch screen and I was wondering if I could test my touch functions on that without actually using the unity remote. Thanks in advance -Tmoney
